A PIAA Pre-Participation Physical Form and a DCCS HS Athletic Eligibility Form  or DCCS MS Athletic Eligibility Form is now required by every 6-12 grade student. This form must be filled out and turned in to the Athletic Office before an athlete can participate in a practice or try-out. Click here for more specific information about pre-season athletics.

Physical Education uniforms are required for high school and middle school students taking Physical Education classes. T-shirts are $10 and shorts are $15. Money may be given to the Physical Education teacher when school begins.

Standardized Dress: Check out the school’s dress code policy before you buy any school clothes for the upcoming year. Click here for the complete Dress Code Policy for the upcoming school year. Included in the policy is a listing of acceptable and appropriate clothing choices.
